SF Peptides (“we,” “us”) is a peptide and skincare brand powered by CompoundMD. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit sfpeptides.com, sign up for updates, or purchase a product, and how we use it.
Information We Collect
Information you provide. When you submit our quiz or contact forms, join a product waitlist, or place an order, we collect the details you choose to share — such as your name, email address, phone number (optional), birth year, product interest, shipping address, and any message you include.
Order & payment information. Purchases are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Stripe collects and processes your payment-card details directly; we do not receive or store full card numbers. We receive order confirmation, subscription status, and the last four digits / card brand for support.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we automatically collect device and usage data (browser type, pages viewed, referring site, approximate location derived from your IP address) and store identifiers in cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising measurement (see below).
No protected health information on this site. Our GHK-Cu serum is a non-prescription topical cosmetic and requires no medical intake. We do not collect protected health information (PHI) on this website. Where a separate prescription service is offered, any medical information is collected by the licensed telehealth provider on a separate, HIPAA-compliant platform governed by its own notice.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Fulfill and ship your orders and manage your subscription (billing, renewals, pauses, cancellations);
- Send transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping updates, billing notices);
- Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support;

Analytics & Advertising
We use analytics and advertising technologies — including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API, Google, and similar tools — to understand site usage and measure the performance of our advertising. These tools may set cookies and receive event data (including hashed identifiers and actions such as page views and purchases), some sent from your browser and some server-side. We use this to attribute and optimize marketing; we do not use it to make decisions about your health. You can limit interest-based ads through your device/browser settings and the advertising platforms’ own controls.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only as needed for that purpose:
- CompoundMD — the technology platform (CompoundOS) that powers our store, for order processing, subscription management, and fulfillment;
- Stripe — payment processing;
- Email & messaging providers — to send transactional and marketing communications;
- Analytics & advertising partners — for measurement and optimization, as described above;
- The fulfilling/compounding pharmacy and shipping carriers, to prepare and deliver your order.
We may also disclose information to comply with law, enforce our terms, or in connection with a business transfer.
Your Choices & Rights
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message, and you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us at hello@compoundrx.co. Depending on where you live (for example, California residents under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have additional rights regarding your personal information; we honor applicable requests and will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
Data Retention & Security
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children’s Privacy
Our products and site are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
