SF Peptides (“we,” “us”) is a peptide and skincare brand powered by CompoundMD. By using this website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

Cosmetic Product — Not a Drug

Our GHK-Cu serum is a topical cosmetic intended to improve the appearance of skin and hair. It is for external use only. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and is not a substitute for professional medical care. Information on this site is educational and does not constitute medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new product, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or have a medical condition.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase. By ordering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that the product will be used as directed.

Subscriptions & Billing

Products are sold on a recurring subscription. When you subscribe, you authorize us (through our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your payment method the then-current price on a recurring basis — for the GHK-Cu serum, monthly — until you cancel. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle. Prices may change with notice; any change applies to billing cycles after the notice. Applicable taxes and any shipping fees are disclosed at checkout.

Pausing & Cancellation

You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime from your account or by emailing hello@compoundrx.co. Cancellation stops future renewals; to avoid the next charge, cancel before your next billing date. Cancellation does not retroactively refund a shipment already processed, except as described below.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee & Refunds

If you’re not satisfied with your first month, contact us within 30 days of that order at hello@compoundrx.co and we’ll make it right. Because this is a personal-care product, we handle returns and refunds case by case for quality and safety reasons. Refunds, when issued, are made to the original payment method.

Accuracy of Information

We strive to keep content accurate and up to date. Product availability and pricing may change, and pricing shown in guides is estimated. The price and terms presented at checkout govern your order.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SF Peptides and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website, its content, or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
